Abstract: In recent years, there have been significant changes in the world economy. Due to the predominance of supply over demand, rapidly spreading knowledge, the globalization of the business environment, the importance of quality in project management has increased dramatically around the world. The primary objective of this scientific paper is to evaluate the effectiveness of the quality management system in selected internal processes in the international IT company. The result will be a rationalization of internal processes, thereby reducing the workload of the software services team. This article is focused on the application of the DMAIC method on a specific Lean Six Sigma project within the international IT company.
